As part of our Covid-19 response, we are not allowing returns at this time. Unfortunately, perishable products cannot be returned. All food items on the site are sold on a NON-REFUNDABLE basis unless defective.
Damages & Defects
At Teacup.to we always want to ensure that your experience with us is seamless from the second you place your order to when your sip your first cup of chewy goodness. However if in the rare case your item has arrived damaged or you received the wrong order we would gladly take a look at resolving your issue as soon as possible.
When contacting our team please include the following
- Full name that is listed on the order
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photo of evidence proving that the items are damaged or incorrect
