Often confused with watermelon the wintermelon is a traditional Chinese melon. When cooked it caramelizes into a smoky maple syrup flavour which gives it its unique taste. Enjoy this flavour with or without our teas and we won't be surprised if it ends up on your favourites list too!

- 8oz cup (hot) 16oz cup (with ice)

- Water

- Strainer for tea leaves and tapioca pearls
