Where are your ingredients sourced from?
We source our products from Taiwan which is the hometown of bubble tea.
Do I have to follow the instructions exactly?
Feel free to adjust the portions according to your personal liking. The instructions provided are merely suggestions based on our research and what most of our customers like.
How many servings do I get in each box?
Each kits is approx 6-10 servings of 16oz iced drinks or 8oz hot. Our Brown Sugar Syrup kits make approx 7-10 servings.
How should I store my ingredients after they are open?
Uncooked tapioca should be stored in an airtight container in a cool and dry area. All teas, honey, brown sugar and milk creamer should be sealed with the resealable zipper and stored in a cool and dry area. Fruit syrups can be stored in a cool dry place.
What is the shelf life of your kits?
Our kits are made to order and when stored properly they can last up to 1 year.
Do you do corporate or large orders?
We know that bubble tea is a favourite for many and if you are a business or simply a bubble tea lover looking to purchase more than 15 kits please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a custom quote.

Canada Wide - Shipping is $9.95 per box
United States of America - Shipping is $17.95 per box

How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed.
How long will it take for me to receive my kit?
We work with Canada Post and UPS to ensure that you receive your bubble tea kits as soon as possible. Shipping can vary from 3 -10 days however you should allow approximately 5 business days from date of purchase. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Can I refund my kit?
As part of our covid-19 response, we are not allowing returns at this time. Unfortunately, perishable products cannot be returned. All food items on the site are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied or have received a damaged product, please send us a note.
